In these Refund & Cancellatipns ("Notice"), AryaVaishyaSanstha Pune, Pune, India, and the other member firms or associations if any of the AVSP organization shall, unless otherwise stated, be referred to herein as "AVSP".

AVSP intends to provide community and social services. This Notice sets forth our privacy policy and terms of use for the website.

Cancellation Policy :
Member Registration can be cancelled. However considering the circumstances of the individual cases the organization may deal with each of the incident independently. Though the organization reserves the right to use its own discretion.

Refund Policy :
1. If a problem arises in an registration owing to the members mistake e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given, if any, will also be borne by the member.
2. In case the claim for the refund is accepted for cancellation of registration by the organization that will be settled at the earliest, as soon as the formal procedure is completed. The time taken for the same will not be more than 30 working days
